Hi, I’m Joy LoRuth, a CSSA-certified Pega Developer with around five years of experience supporting Department of Justice projects as a contractor.

I enjoy bringing interfaces to life through small, thoughtful animations using CSS and JavaScript, and I like combining that creativity with my work in Pega. Over time, I’ve developed a strong focus on identifying and fixing UI issues in Pega applications—something I’ve noticed is both common and often overlooked. My goal is to help close that gap by improving usability and polish across Pega projects.
